Returns
Rarely are there returns, exchanges or refunds for AQABA. However, if a problem does come up, please note the following policies below. Additionally, depending on where you live, please consider the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you.
In any case, we appreciate your patience and will try to resolve your issue as quickly as possible and to your satisfaction.
- Please inform us know of any problem before 30 days pass. We cannot offer you a refund or exchange after 30 days.
- Within the 30 day period, please email AQABA to info@mirani.com or call to USA/NYC (917)-348-3636.
Shipping

,You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are exchanging a product, shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are replacing a damaged product, shipping charges will be credited to you. If you are due a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
-To receive a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
